Guidelines & class requirements

PAYMENT:

• Classes are $55 per month, due by the 1st of every month. We take cash, card or check. 

• If payment is made after the 10th of the month a $10 late fee will be applied. 

• A 30-day notice is required if dropping a class.

RULES: 

• Parents should stay in the waiting area or their vehicle during class time. 

• Photos or video recordings of any kind are NOT allowed. 

• Please no food or drink in the dance room, except for water bottles.

• (Dance only) No street shoes of any kind, please bring dance shoes to change into.

PERFORMANCES: 

• Our recitals will typically be held in December & June. 

• Costume fees will be included in the registration fee. 

• There will be a $30 recital fee each semester due in December/June.

DRESS CODE:

• Dancewear can be purchased through Discount Dance using our studio link above. 

• Amazon & Target are also great options for affordable dancewear. 

• Ballet: leotard, tights, skirt, shoes in pink.  Hair up in a bun.

• Mommy and Me:  comfortable clothes for movement, socks or ballet slippers, hair up.  

• Hip Hop: comfortable change of clothes for movement, hair up, sneakers or lightweight black tennis shoes (no outside school shoes or street shoes).  

• Jazz: leggings, bike shorts, comfortable shirts or leotards and tights.  Nude/beige jazz shoes.

• Tap:  comfortable clothes for movement, tap shoes, socks, hair up.

• Tumbling:  comfortable clothes for movement, socks, hair up

• Percussion: Size 5A drumsticks, percussion book, percussion practice pad is helpful too, but not required. (specifics posted in the band group)

• Guitar: Acoustic guitar, music stand, guitar book.  (specifics posted in the band group)

• Piano: Piano book.  (specifics posted in the band group)

• Violin: Violin, music stand, violin book.  (specifics posted in the band group)
